Research topic:
„Simulation and experimental investigations of the use of zero CO2 fuels in small powertrains”. Research activities cover topics like e“-fuels“, internal engine processes, exhaust aftertreatment, engine control functions and novel sensors and are characterized by an interdisciplinary mechatronic approach. The research activities are carried out at the Institute of Internal Combustion Engines and Thermodynamics in close cooperation with researches in the field of fuels, control engineering, sensor systems and with international industrial partners.
