F2 F-PERS: Low CO2 Personal Mobility Vehicle

The sector of personal mobility comprises motorized two-wheeler, power-sport products like personal water-craft, skidoo, side-by side and ATV. As the use of future Zero CO₂ fuels is the only serious approach for a significant reduction of CO₂ impact of these vehicles, research has to be conducted regarding the advantages and challenges of Zero CO₂ fuels use in these applications. On the example of a standard motorcycle, the influence of Zero CO₂ fuels on engine behaviour, emission and operability will be investigated using theoretical and simulation approaches as well as experimental investigations.
